Joana é uma fotógrafa residente em Lisboa cujo trabalho reflete o seu apelo às emoções.

Ela trata a fotografia como arte e explora-a como uma terapia.

Para quem veio a este mundo com extrema dificuldade em expressar o que sente, encontrou na fotografia uma forma poética de o fazer. Joana mergulha no trabalho como se procurasse respostas para perguntas internas. Persistente e ambiciosa, ela acredita que cada imagem e cada trabalho que faz trazem lições e conhecimentos profundos.

Escolhe sempre manter o ambiente real e verdadeiro. Ao mesmo tempo, ela recria a sua visão daquele momento. Fotografar é conhecer-se e procurar significado no que vê.

Desde viagens a projetos e pedidos particulares, marcas, lançamentos, trabalhos comerciais, retratos, eventos e arte no geral, Joana deixa sempre a sua pegada, tal como é.

Curiosa, observadora, autodidata, sensível, intuitiva, atenta aos detalhes, criativa e dedicada em tudo o que faz, procura sempre atender o que se deseja. Na fotografia ela não controla, ao invés disso, deixa-se descontrolar em favor da magia que a mesma lhe pode oferecer.

Tem 27 anos e nasceu em Coimbra. Veio para Lisboa para estudar e trabalhar aos 18 anos. Sob pressão, concluiu a licenciatura em Fotografia e nunca mais deixou de trabalhar, seja na sua área ou não. Aprendeu a aprender. Não só a desvendar o seu papel na vida, mas também se considera curiosa sobre muitas áreas que hoje conhecemos. Viajou para a Islândia, Angola, Itália, Pirinéus, Tailândia, e muitos outros destinos com a companhia da Fotografia e a sua sede de se conhecer.

Sempre que pode, mergulha num bilhete e deixa que a viagem lhe conte uma história.

Hoje, ela é uma pessoa ao serviço das pessoas.

Joana is a Lisbon based photographer whose work reflects her appeal to emotions.

She treats photography as art and explores it as therapy.

For someone who came into this world with extreme difficulty in expressing feelings, she found in photography a poetic way to express herself. Joana immerses in work as if looking for answers to inner questions. Persistent and ambitious, she believes that each image and each work she makes brings lessons and deep knowledge to herself.

She always chooses to keep the environment real. At the same time, she recreates her vision of that moment. Photographing is knowing herself and looking for meaning in what she sees.

From travels to projects and personal requests, brands, advertisements, commercial projects, portraits, events, and art in general, Joana always leaves her footprint very discreetly, just as she is. Curious, observant, self-taught, sensitive, intuitive, attentive to details, creative, and dedicated to everything she does, she always tries to meet what you want.

In photography she doesn't control, she lets it get out of control in favor of the magic it can offer her in these conditions.

She is 27 years old and was born in Coimbra. She came to Lisbon to study and work when she turned 18. Under pressure, she completed her degree in Photography and never stopped working, whether in her field or not. She learned to learn. Not only unraveling her role in her life but she considers herself curious about many areas that are known today. She traveled to Iceland, Angola, Italy, the Pyrenees, Thailand, and many other destinations with the company of Photography and her thirst for getting to know herself.

Whenever she can, she dips into a ticket and lets the trip tell her a story.

Today, she is a person for people's service.
